Simpson Thacher Partners with Columbia Business School to Enhance Incoming Associate TrainingSimpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Columbia Business School Executive Education announced today the launch of STBReady, an innovative new training program designed to prepare Simpson Thacher's incoming associates to do more sophisticated legal work, more efficiently, earlier in their careers.
