Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT III Initial Public Offering Declared Effective by U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission


Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT III, Inc. ("PECO (News - Alert) III"), announced today that its registration statement pertaining to an initial public offering has been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 8, 2018. Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT III will offer up to an aggregate of $1.7 billion in Class T and Class I common stock.

PECO III primarily invests and will continue to invest in well-occupied grocery-anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers leased to a mix of national and regional credit-worthy tenants providing necessity-based goods and services in strong demographic markets throughout the United States.

PECO III's current portfolio consists of four properties located in three states totaling 381,000 leasable square feet.
