Maintenance on Digital Check's Quantum DS Series now available from Qwinstar


Qwinstar Corporation, the check processing equipment and maintenance division of 3 Point Alliance, announced an Authorized Service Provider agreement with Digital Check Corp. (DCC), a leading provider of image capture and payments processing technology, for Qwinstar to provide maintenance services on DCC's Quantum (News - Alert) DS series of desktop check scanners.

"This agreement allows 3 Point Alliance to offer our clients the ability to have one service provider for various document transports," explained Norm Grunberg, 3 Point Alliance's (News - Alert) co-president.

"We are very pleased to add Digital Check to the growing group of equipment manufacturers supported by Qwinstar: NCR, Burroughs, IBM (News - Alert) and IBML," said Rich Daidone, co-president of 3 Point Alliance.

Qwinstar cross trains technicians on multiple document scanning pltforms to provide flexibility to those customers that have equipment from different manufacturers. This agreement is the result of a new partnership between the two companies.
