Embrace Home Loans, a prominent leader in the mortgage industry, announced today it has received the first-place award for the Top Mortgage Companies in Customer Satisfaction in the Large Division (200+ Loan Officers) by San Francisco-based company SocialSurvey after SocialSurvey released data on customer satisfaction among all of their lending clients.

SocialSurvey sent out thousands of surveys to customers who closed transactions with Embrace Home Loans in 2017, and with close to 60 percent of customers completing the survey, Embrace's loan officers averaged a 4.9 out of a possible 5.0-star review combined.

Embrace is also pleased to recognize Senior Loan Officer Frank Virga, based out of the Hauppauge, NY branch, as one of the Top 50 Loan Officers out of all lenders who use SocialSurvey to manage their online reputation.*

To date, Virga has a 5.-star rating and 141 completed customer reviews. "An online reputation means everything when a customer is looking for someone to help them through a major financial transaction and my results assist in helping those customers find someone they can trust," said Virga.
