CPI Card Group Demonstrates Metal and Dual Interface Prowess at Secure Technology Alliance Payments Summit & ICMA Expo


CPI Card Group® (Nasdaq: PMTS, TSX: PMTS) ("CPI" or the "Company"), a global leader in financial and EMV® chip card production and related services, today announced a set of activities planned during the co-located Secure Technology Alliance (STA) Payments Summit and International Card Manufacturing Association (ICMA) 2018 Card Manufacturing & Personalization EXPO, held March 26-29 in Orlando. The Company will host the Welcome Reception and showcase its breadth of expertise in metal, dual interface, and other emerging payment solutions, during panelist sessions.

CPI Card Group also announced today that Barry Mosteller, Director of Research and Development, has been appointed president to ICMA's board of directors. He previously served as vice president. With 25 years of experience in card manufacturing, EMV, and research and development, Mosteller has a long history of pioneering innovative solutions pushing the payments industry forward. He has authored or co-authored several card-related patents, in addition to being ACE-M (manufacturing), ACE-P (personalization) and ACE-A (advanced technologies) accredited.
