Vungle Appoints Howard Warner as Vice President of Finance and Business Operations

In his new role, Warner will oversee all finance, legal and international operations, and he will help execute Vungle's continued global expansion.

Additionally, as Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Reliance Globalcom Services (fka Yipes), Warner grew revenue from $26 million in 2004 to approximately $64 million in 2007 and led the negotiations for its successful exit.

Warner holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science as well as an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco.
