MedPro Group Selects Duck Creek Technologies to Replace Legacy Systems and Offer Best-in-Class Customer ExperienceMedPro Group (MedPro), the nation's oldest, strongest healthcare liability carrier, has selected Duck Creek Technologies to update the company's core systems and customer experience tools. Duck Creek was chosen for the project after a comprehensive vetting process led by Tim Smith, MedPro's Senior Vice President of IT and Operations. "Ultimately, MedPro selected Duck Creek based on the quality of their customer base and flexibility of their platform," Smith says. "We dug deeply into the product, and are confident that its open architecture and inherent configurability will give us the flexible foundation we need to thrive in this hyper-competitive line of business." MedPro will implement Duck Creek Policy and Billing solutions to improve operational efficiencies and support new product development, as well as Duck Creek Customer 360 to centralize access to customer information. The company will also employ Duck Creek Insights, alongside Balancing and Controls to support advanced reporting and analytics. This implementation will be managed by Capgemini (News - Alert), a Duck Creek Platinum Delivery Partner and a global leader in consulting, technology, and outsourcing services. "A medical professional liability carrier's success today lies, in part, in its ability to build, customize and introduce new products to market quickly and regularly," said Michael Jackowski, Duck Creek's Chief Executive Officer. "It also needs to service customers in the most personal and efficient ways possible, and to customize that experience based on real-time data. MedPro's trust and confidence in our ability is a true honor."
