ShelterZoom's Blockchain-Based Offer NOW Real Estate Solution Shows Rapid Growth and Global Reach in Signups

ShelterZoom today announced that Offer NOW, its blockchain-based, real estate online offer/acceptance solution, has shown rapid growth in signups across the U.S. and in 15 other countries. The company also announced that it will offer the real estate industry's first cryptocurrency payment option for mass adoption by Q2 2018.

Offer NOW, a solution that significantly refines and streamlines the process of making and accepting real estate offers online, has shown promising beta results. To date, it has attracted affiliate and agency signups in more than 30 states, including several MLS organizations, and numerous national and international leading real estate firms. The Offer NOW widget, which enables buyers and buyer agents to instantly submit offers through ShelterZoom-affiliated websites, has proven to be especially popular. The solution includes a powerful dashboard, the Offer NOW widget and a mobile app (available on iTunes and Google Play).

"The speed and global breadth of the Offer NOW signups has been exceptional," commented Allen Alishahi, ShelterZoom's co-founder and president. "One of the keys to this early success has been the growing awareness of blockchain and, by extension, Ethereum smart contracts, which Offer NOW uses to securely hold data."

Amongst sites that havegone live, Estatik, the firm's first WordPress real estate theme affiliate, now provides all their customer websites an instant access to the blockchain-powered Offer NOW button.

Cryptocurrency Payment Option

ShelterZoom will offer the real estate industry's first mass market cryptocurrency payment option by Q2 2018. Buyers, sellers, renters and landlords will be eligible to participate. This functionality - accessed through a widget - will initially focus on rental payments and the company's service fees. Additional options will be added shortly thereafter. Ether (Ethereum's cryptocurrency) will be accepted first, with others to be added later.

"Allowing cryptocurrency payments via ShelterZoom widgets will give real estate buyers and sellers alike an innovative new solution to exchange real estate with cryptoassets," said Dmitry Goroshevsky, ShelterZoom's chief architect. "These payments will be eventually open to real estate professionals and consumers. Until now, most real estate cryptocurrency payments have been ad hoc, one-time events. ShelterZoom's approach is designed to make the entire payment process simple, secure and scalable."

Global and Domestic Partnership and Reseller Opportunities

Building on the Offer NOW momentum, ShelterZoom has forged major domestic and global partnerships, one of them is Australian award-winning property transaction software company Rundl.

"The Rundl and ShelterZoom partnership will strategically enable an end-to-end online offer to closing, which integrates their blockchain-based secure offer data with our online collaboration features," commented Graeme Perkins, co-founder of Rundl. "This empowers real estate buyers to purchase properties with ease and speed."

ShelterZoom is also in the process of creating a global reseller network. The firm has already partnered with Bester Capital Investments to be Dubai's reseller. Companies interested in becoming a ShelterZoom reseller should email [email protected].

Product Demo and Q&A Sessions

To meet the growing interest in their blockchain-based real estate solutions, Allen Alishahi and Chao Cheng-Shorland, ShelterZoom's co-founders, will host regular product demo and Q&A sessions via Skype (News - Alert) over the next four weeks. Interested parties can email [email protected] to register. A timetable will be published on shelterzoom.com.
