Ambit Networks Inc Reaches Agreement to Merge Ambygear Operations Into Vigilint™ BiosensorsSAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Ambit Networks, creator of Ambygear smartwatches, and Vigilint™ Biosensors, leading supplier of Family Assistant Parental Services through smartwatches, have reached an agreement to merge AmbyGear sales/marketing, fulfillment, and branding into Vigilint™ Biosensors. This serves Ambit's pre-order, reservation and prospective customers to fulfill the vision of AmbyGear and accelerates the reach of Vigilint's Family Assistant into the Ambygear community.
