Kelly-Falls, a procurement and supply management professional has significant experience in leading procurement teams and delivering sustained value for multi-billion dollar organizations. She has experience in both direct and indirect procurement, vendor management and enterprise risk management. She joins Proxima's Chicago-based team to support our continued growth as the emergig leader in the US procurement market. 2017 was a year of significant growth in both the US and Europe, with Proxima securing more than 20 new clients across multiple industry sectors.

Kelly-Falls joins Proxima from Zimmer Biomet where she held the role of Interim Chief Sourcing Risk Officer. She was responsible for the definition, development and implementation of a supply risk management strategy for $2.8 billion in global direct and indirect spend categories.


Prior to this, Kelly-Falls held senior risk and sourcing roles at organization's that include; Rapid Ratings International, Rolls-Royce North America, and Ford (News - Alert) Motor Company.
