Inteliquent Hires Chandy Ghosh as COO & General Manager of 9-1-1 Business Unit

Ghosh was previously EVP, Technology at Intrado, managing nation-wide 9-1-1 solutions. Before that, Ghosh held leadership positions at Centurylink and Johnson Controls.
