Doug Wagoner Joins TeraThink Board of DirectorsRESTON, Va., Nov. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- TeraThink Corporation (TeraThink), a provider of management and technology consulting services to the federal government, today announced the appointment of Doug Wagoner to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Wagoner joins Paul Lombardi, Executive Chairman of the Board, and Dan Maguire, TeraThink's CEO, on the TeraThink Board, charged with steering the overall direction and overarching policies of the organization.

In this role, Wagoner led SAIC's delivery of services and solutions and their 13,500 employees. Additionally, Wagoner was responsible for SAIC's technology portfolio including alliances and R&D investments. During his ten-year career at SAIC, Wagoner oversaw the multi-billion-dollar spinoff of SAIC from former parent Leidos that occurred in 2013. Prior to the spinoff, Wagoner led SAIC's Homeland and Civilian Soluions business units. "Doug is an accomplished leader and is highly-respected throughout our industry. Wagoner has 30 years of experience as a leader in the federal Information Technology and Management Consulting marketplace. Earlier this month, TeraThink announced its merger with Dominion Consulting, a technology and management consulting firm specializing in Agile development and IT modernization.
