LG V30 And V30+ Achieve EPEAT Mobile Phone Registry Listing For Sustainability Excellence

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., Nov. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- LG Electronics' latest flagship smartphones, the highly acclaimed LG V30 and V30+, have met the requirements for EPEAT, the leading global ecolabel for the IT sector. The EPEAT mobile phone category is based on the ANSI-accredited UL 110 Standard for Sustainability for Mobile Phones.

The Green Electronics Council's EPEAT mobile phone category launched in July 2017 to meet government and business institutional purchasers' growing desire to easily identify sustainable, high-performance mobile phones. The UL 110 Standard for Sustainability for Mobile Phones is a multi-attribute standard that evaluates a mobile phone's compliance with stringent sustainability performance criteria throughout its lifecycle.
