CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Carolina Pad and Paper International, LLC announces that its fashion office supply division will become a new, stand-alone company, operating as Studio C, LLC. Additionally, Carolina Pad announces that it has sold its arts & crafts division to Pacon Corporation. Carolina Pad, Inc., a privately held corporation that is owned by Clay Presley, will effectively cease operations and fully transition its respective operations to Studio C and Pacon Corporation over the next 12 months.

During this transition, Studio C will continue to provide its retail customers with on-trend, fashion office supply products, including notebooks and journals, binders, backpacks, folders, and other office accessories. Studio C will also continue to manufacture its X-TRM^® brand of long-lasting, heavy-duty binders and other office supply products.

Under the new ownership of president & CEO, Bill Stacks, Studio C will continue to manufacture affordable and quality office supply products, while also renewing its commitment to the design of best-selling back-to-school and fashion office supplies.
