Docker Announces the Appointment of Jeff Clarke, CEO of Kodak, to its Board of Directors


SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Docker today announced that Jeff Clarke, CEO of Kodak, has been appointed to Docker's Board of Directors. Clarke's extensive professional experience in building and running global organizations combined with his comprehensive knowledge of technology, finance and operations will significantly contribute to the expertise and depth of the board. In this role, Clarke will provide strategic guidance on scaling Docker's container platform business to support enterprises worldwide with their modernization initiatives.

Clarke also served as the executive vice president of global operations at HP and recently served on the board of directors at both Autodesk and Red Hat.
