President of ACC3, Christian Lopez, says “SBA 8(a) Certification is a fantastic achievement for us and specially to receive the approval today on my mother’s birthday. 2017 has been an amazing year with great achievements, challenges and many lessons learned. We are excited at our prospects and look forward to working with the SBA.” The SBA 8(a) Business Development Program assists small, disadvantaged businesses by allowing them to compete for sole source government contractsfor goods and services. Certification into the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program is a stringent process in which the business needs to be controlled and owned by an individual that is at least 51% socially or economically disadvantaged. The program spans over nine years with a four-year developmental stage and five-year transition stage. Within that time, SBA closely monitors the progress of the business on each stage to make sure they are accomplishing their goals. About ACC3 For more information contact: |
