"Bid Summer Goodbye" Event Promotes Winter Items on Local Auction Venue

MAPLE PLAIN, Minn., Oct. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- As the leaves turn and the nights get colder, we start thinking about the inevitable months of snow and below freezing temperatures that await us.  Where some might shy away from this reality, we pride ourselves as hearty Minnesotan's.  We embrace the cold and have learned to make the best of it with outdoor activities such as snowmobiling, skiing and fishing.  To celebrate the turning of seasons, K-BID.com has designated October 15th – 29th as the first annual "Bid Summer Goodbye" event on the online auction venue.

The event will promote the sale of winter items and toys as we prepare for the colder weather.  Online auctions will be closing throughout the two-week period and interested buyers will have the opportunity to inspect the items in person, prior to placing bids online.  The lucky winning bidders pay for and pick up the items at the individual auction locations.  There will be auctions located throughout the state from Hibbing, Faribault, Chanhassen, Maple Plain and many more locations.

Chris Schwartz, the Marketing Director for K-BID.com, is epecting a good response from this event and a lot of happy buyers. "We have been promoting this event for over a month to recruit sellers who were ready to upgrade their winter items.  We have a large amount of ATV's, snowmobiles, snow blowers, 4WD trucks and plows that will be sold.  We even have 15 campers available if people are crazy enough to enjoy cold weather camping.  It's a fun way that we can get our affiliate auctioneers, buyers and sellers involved in an online event to get people prepared for winter fun."

Ready or not, we know what's on the other side of the beauty and mild temperatures that a Minnesota October gives us.  For those looking for some cold weather fun or preparing to move some extra snow, K-BID.com may have just what they are looking for this season.
