The purchase came just weeks after the Iowa Tribe announced that its Isle of Man company had secured a gaming license from the Isle of Man Gambling Supervisory Commission. Mr. Lee, known in his company as the Head Monster, is one of the founders of Beats by Dre headsets and oversees a variety of Monster companies, including the 38-year-old consumer electronics business MonsterProducts.com (http://www.monsterproducts.com/), as well as music and entertainmnt enterprises. The Iowa Tribe prevailed in an arbitration dispute with the State of Oklahoma over the scope of Gaming authorized under the Tribal-State Gaming Compact. The arbitrator held that such online gaming was not prohibited under state or federal laws or regulations. The arbitrator's decision was confirmed by a federal judge in United States District Court in Oklahoma City.
