EMS Software Announces Keynote Speakers for EMS Live! Conference

DENVER, Oct. 11, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EMS Software™ today announced JLL’s John Hampton, Senior Vice President and Smart Workplace Solutions specialist, will present as a keynote speaker on Day 2 of EMS Live!, the company’s annual cross-industry conference to be held October 16-18 at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. On the third day of the event, Linda Martellaro, Assistant Registrar at the University of Notre Dame, will explain how EMS has become an integral part of scheduling the modern campus.

Hampton will present The Evolution of Workplaces on the second day of the event. Drawing on his nearly 25 years of experience with developing strategies that enhance business performance through closely aligned workplace solutions, Hampton will discuss how data capture, analysis and management solutions are being increasingly deployed, integrated and utilized to improve employee experience and productivity.

“While providing commercial real estate services for corporations across the globe, JLL has developed special expertise in how to best integrate building and workplace systems and technologies,” said Hampton. “The approaches we use in the JLL Smart Building Program have broad applicability for all organizations and industries. At EMS Live!, we’ll share examples of how we see workspaces evolving to become more cost effective, productive and sustainable.”

Infrastructures, police, housing, performances, athletic events, and education are all hallmarks of the modern college campus. In her morning keynote on the third day of the conference, Linda Martellaro of Notre Dame will share her stories of hw EMS became an effective partner in managing the vast array of activities, classes, and exams taking place throughout the year on this vibrant mid-western campus.

Akshay Mahajan, Vice President of Product at EMS, will also provide a keynote for the third day of the conference, highlighting recent product developments and delivering a sneak peek of planned enhancements for the EMS scheduling platform.

Hampton, Martellaro, and Mahajan join a stellar lineup of distinguished speakers at this year’s conference, which will also feature product workshops, informational clinics, and customer-led sessions from corporations such as Citigroup and Verizon, and educational institutions such as Notre Dame University, Yale University, and Gonzaga University. Attendees can gain valuable insights on a wide array of business-critical topics, from academic scheduling, event management, and resource and service management, to office hoteling and space utilization for any organization.
