Peraton Names Laurie Foglesong Chief Human Resources Officer


Peraton CEO Stu Shea has promoted Laurie Foglesong to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Foglesong has more than 20 years' experience in human resources (HR), most recently serving as an HR Director for Harris Corporation (News - Alert). She was an integral leader in the transition of its legacy Government IT Services business. Previously, she led HR for other government cotracting and tech-centric companies, including Engineering Management & Integration, Ariel Research Corporation, and Advanced Switching Communication.

Foglesong holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Virginia Tech, and an MBA in HR Management from George Washington University. In addition, she earned Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
