LP3 Network Debuts First-of-its-kind Veterinary Compounding Training in Florida

LP3 Network is proud to announce the expansion of its educational offerings with the newly added pharmacy training activity, Veterinary Compounding - A Customized Approach.

Veterinary pharmacy is a well-established niche specialty that is high in demand and diverse in opportunity. Contrary to typical pharmacy geared towards human patients, veterinary pharmacy is uniquely challenged with treating a diverse range of species, controlling for individual variations, addressing concerns with patient non-compliance, and responding to the limited availability of veterinary drugs.

LP3 Network is well aware that addressing these challenges and obstacles requires specialized knowledge in species-specific physiology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and behavior; much of which exceeds what is taught in pharmacy school. Therefore, it is essential that pharmacists and veterinarians interested in exploring veterinary compounding invest in the appropriate continuing education courses.

This new veterinary training is the first of its kind in the industry and successfully launched September 30th - October 1st at LP3 Network's state-of-the-art training facility in Aventura, Florida. Newly constructed in 2017, this training facility combines cutting-edge technlogy with a collaborative learning environment conducive to networking, innovation, and business development.

"It is an especially proud and remarkable moment to debut the veterinary training at our learning center. Simply put, there is no other training facility in the United States with the same level of ground-breaking ingenuity and exceptional quality as LP3 Network's Learning Center," said Maurizio De Stefano, LP3 Network's General Manager.

LP3 Network rests committed to educational excellence by continuously meeting the standards and guidelines set forth by accrediting bodies. As such, the veterinary program has been accredited (for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians) by the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, which is ranked by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Nation's top 10 pharmacy colleges, and accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
