ENVEIL Appoints Timothy Eades to Board of Directors


ENVEIL, provider of the first scalable commercial solution to secure Data In Use, today announced the addition of Timothy Eades to their Board of Directors. Eades, CEO of vArmour, is a security executive and entrepreneur with deep expertise in driving high growth for security and enterprise software companies. His work has set a standard for innovation and he was recently recognized for professional excellence by the SC Media Reboot Leadership Award. Eades' notable management accomplishments include building two companies with successful exits as CEO, currently serving on several boards of directors, and having shaped and invested in numerous disruptive companies. As a member of ENVEIL's board, Eades will provide guidance to accelerate ENVEIL's go-to-market strategy.

Within a span of five years, Eades served as the CEO of Silver Tail Systems, which was acquired by RSA, and then Everyone.net (News - Alert), which was acquired by Proofpoint. Eades has led, mentored, grown and supported the security community to advance innovations and protect critical data and infrastructure that underpin our society. He joins the existin members of ENVEIL's Board of Directors, Williams and Bob Ackerman, founder of DataTribe. Together, they will guide ENVEIL's continued success and expansion, built upon the momentum ENVEIL has gained in 2017.
