The hiring of Mr. Rosenzweig continues the expansion of the company's senior leadership team, closely following the appointment of its Chief Product Officer, Vice President of Engineering and Senior Director of Marketing last month. CyberGRX closed $20 million in Series B funding in April to scale the company to meet growing demand for the CyberGRX Exchange, the world's first third-party cyber risk management exchange. As General Counsel, Ellis brings nearly 15 years of experience working with high-growth companies spanning several different industries. Prior to his joining CyberGRX, Ellis most recently built and led the legal and risk management functions at venture-backed luxury destination club, Inspirato LLC, advising on day-to-day legal and commercial issues as well as strategic transactions and corporate governance. Ellis began his legal career in private practice at Holland & Hart LLP in Denver, where he focused on corporate and securities law, representing early stage companies from formation through exit, and assisting with a broad range of strategic transactions including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and technology transfer.
