Samsung Launches 5-Star Solutions, New Website and Support Network for Custom InstallersUnderscoring its commitment to custom installers, Samsung (News - Alert) Electronics America, Inc. today announced 5-Star Solutions. "We want to ensure that custom installers have priority access to the product, information and support they require. The Samsung 5-Star Solutions provides the custom installer with a host of services including a new CI-dedicated web portal, expanded control partnerships, IP integration, and enhanced sales and distribution support. A core component of 5-Star Solutions, the web portal offers whitepapers, training, install tips and additional resources for CI professionals including access to a support network of trained Samsung technology experts and a technical support hotline.
