Verify Smart Corporation Signs Letter of Intent to Form New Proximity Marketing Division by Acquiring The BP360 Group

Verify Smart Corporation (VSMR) a Global innovator in financial fraud prevention and digital distribution solutions announced today that it is entering into the surging Proximity Marketing Business by acquiring The BP360 Group.

The BP360 Group includes seasoned entrepreneurs and executives, experienced in developing successful Affiliate Marketing Sales Organizations, which include thousands of representatives, and advertising campaigns for various companies. The BP360 Group worked directly with NASCAR in the programming of the Home Track Series with NASCAR Regional Racing.

What is Proximity Marketing? It is the local distribution of advertising content associated with a particular place or location. Initially the Company's emphasis will be on Beacon technology. A Beacon is a device, as small as a quarter, that constantly pushes out a Bluetooth signal, within a radius of 15ft to 600ft to a Bluetooth enabled, mobile device. The program is designed to increase the bottom line of all businesses, with minimal implementation, effort, time and cost.
