James Lowe (Photo: Business Wire) Mr. Lowe has considerable experience handling merger and civil and criminal non-merger investigations at te Department of Justice (DOJ), the Federal Trade Commission and other state and federal agencies. Earlier in his career, he spent four years in the Antitrust Division of the DOJ. He has led teams in large-scale litigations and government investigations and represented numerous clients with competitive concerns about proposed transactions. Mr. Lowe's practice extends to complex case management and communications and transportation law.
