CyberGRX Expands Senior Leadership Team with Key Executive Appointments

CyberGRX, the provider of the most comprehensive third-party cyber risk management platform, today announced the expansion of its senior leadership team with the appointment of three key executives. Bryan Gale joins the company as Chief Product Officer; Justin Bryant joins as Vice President of Engineering; and Liesl Geier joins as Senior Director of Marketing. The new hires come during a time of rapid growth for CyberGRX, which recently closed $20 million in Series B funding to meet growing demand for the CyberGRX Exchange, the world's first third-party cyber risk management (TPCRM) exchange.

"We've assembled a management team that is uniquely qualified to help lead CyberGRX during its next phase of growth and expansion," said Fred Kneip, CEO, CyberGRX. "CyberGRX has an opportunity to transform an industry that's looking for a better way to identify, monitor and manage third-party cyber risk. The expansion of our leadership team to include Bryan, Justin and Liesl will help us progress toward that end."

As the Chief Product Officer, Bryan Gale brings 20 years of enterprise product management and security expertise to his role leading the strategic direction for the CyberGRX product line. Prior to joining CyberGRX, he was vice president of product and technical marketing for Cylane, provider of the industry's first AI-based endpoint security solution. Bryan also held product leadership roles at McAfee (News - Alert), where he led the enterprise endpoint security product line, and Webroot Software, where he led the product marketing organization. Before that, Bryan held product management, marketing and development roles at industry leaders including Oracle and Texas Instruments (News - Alert), as well as several startups. Bryan holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Justin Bryant brings almost 20 years of experience to his role as Vice President of Engineering. Prior to joining CyberGRX, Justin was the Director of Big Data Platform Development for AT&T (News - Alert), where he managed the company's international big data engineering team, providing overall strategic direction for the platform used in the company's Threat Management, Threat Analytics, Connected Car and Consumer Fraud portfolio products. Prior to that, he developed and led engineering teams for some of the largest companies in the world, including Walmart, before co-founding and successfully exiting his own Internet of Things (IoT) startup. Justin holds a B.B.A in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.

Liesl Geier has almost 20 years of experience as a marketing strategist developing integrated marketing campaigns for national and global organizations. Most recently, she led the go-to-market efforts for the IBM i2 intelligence analysis portfolio within the IBM Security business unit. Prior to that, she held roles at various advertising agencies where she developed the skills to build relationships with sales, product development and marketing teams to create effective marketing strategies that engage customers.
