Enterprise Mobility Exchange Releases Global Report Highlighting 2017 IT TrendsMORRISTOWN, New Jersey, July 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Combining data from a month-long cross-industry survey completed by IT executives and interviews conducted with senior analysts and thought leaders, Enterprise Mobility Exchange recently released its comprehensive Industry Insight 2017: The State of Enterprise Mobility report, free for download. The white paper dives headfirst into the top enterprise mobility challenges faced by organizations around the globe, the driving forces behind their digital transformation, and the technologies having the strongest business impact. The report also takes a look at how cloud, IoT, and AI will impact enterprise IT for the remainder of the year, and what it means for businesses for the duration of the decade. A sampling of the survey results: Nearly two-thirds of respondents said at least three legacy systems need to be mobilized, and mobil security is a high priority for almost 60% of IT executives. More than two-thirds of respondents said Shadow IT was either a problem in their organization, or didn't know if it existed; while nearly nine-in-ten survey takers said IT decision makers should have a greater say in overall business strategy.
