DIMONT Growth Leads to Strategic Promotions and New Hires Within Client Development Team


DIMONT, one of the largest providers of insurance claims adjusting and collateral loss mitigation services to the residential mortgage and auto lending industries, today announced the additions of Holly Baya and Anthony Di Staulo, along with the promotion of Dwight Kline, as client development directors, and the promotion of Mark Lehner to assistant vice president of client development.

As directors of client development, Holly, Anthony and Dwight oversee and manage relationships between DIMONT and its clients, including account growth and assisting with sales and service problem resolutions.

With more than 10 years of mortgage industry experience, Holly has a multi-faceted perspective of the mortgage industry as well as the ability to grow and maintain relationships while ensuring that her clients receive the highest level of service.

Holly began her career managing loans in bankruptcy for major servicers before transitioning to the technology side as an IT business consultant. Most recently, she served as national client relatins director of an Arizona-based insurance company where she built relationships with law firms and servicers alike.



Anthony also has more than 10 years of experience in the default mortgage space working with banks, servicers, credit unions and mortgage companies.

Prior to joining DIMONT, Anthony served as vice president of client and vendor relations with a Maine-based claims processing company, and assistant vice president of client relations at a Pennsylvania-based provider of transaction services. Most recently, he worked as national accounts sales director for an Ind.-based mortgage risk management company, where he fostered and maintained existing client relationships.


With over 15 years of experience, Dwight has been promoted to client development director after serving as client development manager for over a year, during which time he perfected his client relations and communication skills.

Finally, Mark has been promoted to assistant vice president of client development after serving as a client relations director. He has more than 15 years of industry experience and is responsible for managing the team of client development directors as well as overseeing the overall strategy of the division.
