Law firm Keesal, Young & Logan (KYL) today announced the hire of Wendy Riggs from Twitter (News - Alert) and the launch of its new Compliance, Operations and Data Control Advisory (CODA) division. A Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) and seasoned legal operations professional, Wendy led eDiscovery and Litigation Operations at Twitter before she joined KYL as a Senior Advisor.

KYL developed CODA to formalize ongoing efforts to help clients adapt to an increasingly complex regulatory and security environment against the backdrop of rapidly evolving technology. At KYL, Wendy and the CODA division will partner with clients to identify and prioritize new opportunities to reduce risk, increase efficiency and ensure compliance.

Bio for Wendy Riggs
Wendy Riggs is a Senior Advisor and Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) with Keesal, Young & Logan (KYL) where she launched the Compliance, Operations and Data Control Advisory (CODA) division. Wendy partners with clients to identify opportunities to reduce risk and increase efficiencies, leveraging her extensive in-house legal operations, eDiscovery and process management experience. She is based in the firm's San Francisco office but works with a global clientele.

Prior to joining KYL, Wendy led eDiscovery and Litigation Operations for Twitter where she focused on developing and implementing process and policy inside the legal and business groups and among outside law firms. She has extensive experience providing strategic advice to internal and external teams and establishing best practices for all phases of business and litigation operations including planning, budgeting, and data management and reporting. She has a proven ability to identify deficiencies in complex workflows and implement customized, cost-efficient processes. Wendy has established a track record of achieving results in deadline-driven, high volume environments.
