Trakopolis Announces Appointment of Mr. Tracy Graf as Chairman of the Board

CALGARY, June 30, 2017 /CNW/ - Trakopolis IoT Corp. (TSXV: TRAK) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracy Graf as Chairman of the board of directors. Mr. Graf has extensive experience with public companies, capital markets, and the telematics industry. In 1998, Mr. Graf co-founded and as C.E.O.of Carfinco Financial Group Inc., lead the company through years of successful growth as a public company, culminating in its 2014 acquisition by Banco Santander for approximately $300 million.  Mr. Graf also sits on the board of Lonestar West Inc. (since 2009), a TSXV listed hydro vac service provider, and Aurora Spine Corporation (since 2013), a TSXV listed technology company operating in the medical industry. Mr. Graf previously sat on the board of Less Mess Storage Inc. (from 2014 to 2015), a European self-storage organization that was listed on the TSXV until it was acquired by a consortium in 2015.
