eMagin Files Shelf Registration Statement to Replace Prior ShelfeMagin (News - Alert) Corporation, or the "Company" (NYSE MKT:EMAN), a leader in the development, design and manufacture of Active Matrix OLED microdisplays for high resolution imaging products, announced today that it has filed a shelf registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC (News - Alert)"). The new shelf registration statement will replace a similar registration statement filed with the SEC in June 2014. eMagin currently does not have any immediate plans to offer or sell securities under the new registration statement. The new registration statement is intended to provide eMagin with financial flexibility to raise capital over the next three years from the offering of common stock, preferred stock, warrants, units and debt securities, or any combination of these securities, in one or more future offerings. The new registration statement related to these securities has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective.
