CompuCom's IntelliCare service helps reduce network downtime with fast,
expert technical support and flexible hardware coverage provided by
CompuCom's Enterprise Support Center (ESC (News - Alert)). It also provides proactive
services, which gives clients up-to-date information about their Cisco
installed base, suport contracts, and product and security alerts to
help make informed decisions on the operation of their network
infrastructure. Clients get an authorized support service for their
Cisco-based devices and equipment and additional value-added services
