Levi & Korsinsky, LLP has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for District of Connecticut on behalf of current stockholders of Tangoe (News - Alert), Inc. (NASDAQ:TNGO) in connection with the planned acquisition of the company by Marlin Equity Partners ("Marlin"). On April 28, 2017, Tangoe announced it had entered into an agreement in which Marlin Equity Partners would acquire all outstanding shares of Tangoe common stock for $6.50 per share through a tender offer currently set to expire on June 13, 2017.

The lawsuit, entitled McArthur v. Tangoe, Inc., et al. (Case No. 3:17-cv-00832) alleges that the defendants solicit the tendering of stockholder shares in connection with the sale of the Company to Marlin through a recommendation statement that omits material facts necessary to make the statements theren not false or misleading. Stockholders require this material information to decide whether to tender their shares.
