STEELE CSS, Inc. Announces Corporate Rebranding, Changes Name to FirstCall

STEELE International, Inc. ("Steele CSS (News - Alert), Corporate Security Solutions") - a leading provider of executive security services - announced today that it changed its name to FirstCall effective May 22, 2017. The name change is part of a re-branding initiative that aligns the Company's name with its core value propositions and capabilities. "We are proud to launch our new corporate identity as FirstCall, which we believe clearly reflects our future strategy and solution roadmap," said Kenn Kurtz, Chief Executive Officer for STEELE CSS.

STEELE CSS's name change and re-branding to FirstCall creates a more comprehensive and unified solution dictated, in part, by the marketplace. "We undertook a massive customer experience study in 2016 and we learned that the number one reason why customers turned to STEELE CSS was our responsiveness and their confidence that our team of highly-trained security professionals would address their needs on the first call. While customers recognized the strength of the solutions provided by STEELE CSS, they received value almost instantaneously from the technology-driven services that FirstCall provided. FirstCall will integrate security services and software, which is xtremely unique in the market and we are investing heavily in maintaining our significant competitive edge," said Kurtz.

STEELE CSS launched FirstCall in Mexico, in 2007 to fill a gap in the services offered by GM's Onstar product. Today, with its 24/7/365 operations center located in Mexico City, FirstCall advisors support more than 40,000 users throughout the region with emergency response, security support and real-time tracking of employees and loved ones. In an era when corporations demand instant communication between their people as well as seamless collaboration between contract security and corporate security, FirstCall satisfies all of those needs. In addition to its subscribers and protectees, FirstCall provides its security staff with mobile tracking and input devices. This increases visibility and generates amazing analytics for corporate security managers that want to know the location of their executives and their status, all in real-time.

For more than 20 years, STEELE provided executive protection, crisis response and workplace stability services for more than 800 multinational companies, family offices and government agencies. STEELE CSS has always been a company with a culture of innovation and excellence in the security industry. "We were the first to privatize diplomatic security services, the first to deploy large-scale, private crisis response security teams during disasters, the first to systematize personal vulnerability risk assessments for corporations, and we are working to be the first to create an holistic ecosystem encompassing the delivery of executive security services, environmental events and analytics, telematics and GPS into a singular solution which provides a real-time window into live security operations as well as user activity anywhere in the world," said Kurtz. "Our new name reflects our commitment to offering innovative corporate security solutions that go well beyond our competitor's limited offerings."
