Silvaco sponsors the FDSOI Ecosystem Reception in Yokohama


SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 24, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Silvaco, Inc., a leading provider of IP and EDA software tools, will be attending the 3rd Annual SOI Tokyo Workshop in Tokyo from May 31-June 1, 2017 and will be hosting the FDSOI Ecosystem reception at Yokohama. This will be the third workshop for SOI technology in Japan hosted by SOI Industry Consortium. The event will highlight the latest information on FDSOI which has quickly become a key technology for enabling IoT and  is penetrating automotive in recent years. The two day event discusses SOI application and opportunities at length. Silvaco’s CEO David Dutton will address the FDSOI Ecosystem reception on May 31.
