Cloudera Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Exercise of the Underwriters' Option to Purchase Additional Shares

(NYSE: CLDR), provider of the leading modern platform for machine learning and advanced analytics built on the latest open source technologies, announced the closing of its initial public offering of 17,250,000 shares of its common stock, including the 2,250,000 shares sold upon full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares of common stock. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "CLDR" on April 28, 2017.
