Madix brings a record of outstanding business development results in managed care environments, and has demonstrated acumen in developing, growing and leading health management enterprises through rapid growth and profitability throughout her 30-year career. Her track record includes the leadership and delivery of distinctive sales growth in some of the United States' largest and most well-known behavioral healthcare organizations including Magellan Health, MHN/HealthNet, Cigna, ValueOptions (now Beacon) and Bensinger, DuPont & Associates.
