Wolters Kluwer Introduces Redesigned RBsource® and RBsourceFilings®

NEW YORK, April 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. has launched a new design and added an array of new features to its signature regulatory and SEC filings research and workflow solutions, RBsource® and RBsourceFilings®.

Developed entirely on the basis of customer feedback, the new interface and capabilities will enable faster, more intuitive navigation of the only product currently available that offers a single, unified search experience for researching securities regulations and, in the case of RBsourceFilings, SEC filings. With improved search and usability features, the redesigned experience will help users to save valuable time in SEC filings research.

Both RBsource and RBsourceFilings combine Wolters Kluwer's market-leading experience in securities law, cutting edge technology and a seamless user experience. Both products offer content that is editorially curated and is frequently updated to ensure that practitioners can always stay current.

"These improvements result from Wolters Kluwer's commitment to listening to our customers," said Susan Chazin, Esq., Senior Product Line Director, Securities and Banking. "We are proud to have taken what were already great and widely-used products and, with the help of our clients, make them even better."

RBsourceFilings is the only product on the market that offers an integrated search experience that aligns with practitioner workflow, consolidating disparate components of securities law and filings research into an intuitive, streamlined process toensure greater value and efficiency.  The redesigned RBsourceFilings will, in addition to all of the improvements made to RBsource, now feature:

  • Separate securities law, SEC filings and combined search tabs to support a wider range of workflows;
  • Editorially selected EDGAR filings; and
  • Company alerts on the SEC Filings page.

Additional improvements to RBsource and RBsourceFilings include:

  • More efficient browsing,  with rules, regulations, forms, and related content arranged under their related securities statutes;
  • New icons with more intuitive descriptions;
  • More than fifty additional forms; and
  • Enhanced New and Updated Content widget with additional editorial context explaining the changes made.

Ms. Chazin emphasized that Wolters Kluwer's market-leading efforts to deliver best-in-class experiences for clients in the securities space are ongoing.

"We plan to continually add, improve and refine tools that seamlessly integrate our best-in-market content directly into practitioners' workflows, creating value and efficiencies for customers on multiple fronts," she said.
