Cumberland Consulting Group Leaders to Speak at Model N Rainmaker 2017

Cumberland Consulting Group Partner Marcia Lambert and Managing Director Tom Evegan will be speakers at Model N Rainmaker 2017, the leading revenue management conference bringing together nearly 500 pharmaceutical and life sciences professionals. The pair will share insights and lessons learned related to contracting and pricing best practices at the conference, which will take place April 24-26 at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, Florida.

Evegan will lead a panel discussion on "Price Transparency: Shaping the Future of U.S. Healthcare" on Wednesday, April 26, from 11 to 11:50 a.m. ET. In this session, panelists will define what price transparency means to life sciences organizations and how the new political landscape and other industry factors will affect pricing in the future. They will discuss the pros and cons of price transparency and advise attendees on what to expect as this evolves.

Lambert will participate in the pharma breakout session titled "Making Outcomes-Bsed Contracting a Reality" on Tuesday, April 25, from 4 to 4:50 p.m. ET. She will join other panelists in discussing the role of outcomes-based contracting programs in lowering drug costs and driving better patient results. The panel will also highlight ways to ease the operational and regulatory burdens of making outcomes-based contracting a reality.
