Prime Healthcare ACO Implements Persivia's Population Health Platform to Satisfy ACO Quality Reporting Requirements


Persivia, a provider of real-time quality and care management solutions, announced today that Prime Healthcare ACO has successfully reported on all their quality measures for 2016 through Persivia's ACO optimized Population Health Platform. The Prime Healthcare implementation of e-CQMs includes 70+ practices and 10 different EHRs, and the CMS qualified Registry program will help Prime Healthcare satisfy the 2016 ACO reporting requirements.
