"We save a great deal of time installing, configuring, and servicing employees' mobile devices. MobileIron's Help@Work remote support feature makes it easy for us to provide anywhere support to smartphone users," said Erwin Kocher, head of IT, Hilfswerk NÖ. "We advised Hilfswerk NÖ in the decision-making process and supported the project from the start. MobileIron won the contract with Hilfswerk NÖ not only because it has always supplied excellent support across the Android ecosystem where it provides rich features, but also because it continues to support older Android versions which are vital to the employees' productivity," said Johannes Bachlechner, Solution Design ICT Technology Solutions, Kapsch BusinessCom AG IT, the ICT service partner for the project. Kapsch BusinessCom AG, MbileIron's long-time partner in Austria, implemented the MobileIron platform at Hilfswerk NÖ. "We are proud that one of Lower Austria's largest employers chose the MobileIron platform. This is evidence of the quality of the capabilities we bring to market, and is also a testament to MobileIron's strategy to continually support features across all operating systems," said Peter Machat, Director DACH and Eastern Europe, MobileIron.
