Apstra Introduces the First Universal ZTP Server for Multi-Vendor Data Center NetworksOCP (News - Alert) US SUMMIT 2017 - The networking community has long needed a vendor-agnostic approach to bootstrapping a multi-vendor network. Apstra®, Inc. today launched its community initiative and announced its first open source project: Aeon-ZTPS. Apstra will be demonstrating the universal Zero-Touch Provisioning Server (ZTPS) and the Apstra Operating System™(AOS) at the Open Compute Project (OCP) Summit, March 8-9, 2017 in Santa Clara, CA (News - Alert). "Aeon-ZTPS is an easy, low-risk approach to automate the drudgery of bootstrapping different vendor devices. It gives you the confidence in the journey to decouple networking tasks from underlying device specificity. We are very pleased to have the opportunity to give back to the networking community with Aeon-ZTPS, our first open source project.
