Pandora Appoints Naveen Chopra as Chief Financial OfficerPandora (News - Alert) (NYSE:P) today announced that Naveen Chopra has joined the company as chief financial officer, effective February 28, 2017. He joined TiVo (News - Alert) in 2003 and most recently served as the company's interim chief executive officer from January 2016 until its acquisition by Rovi Coporation in September 2016. During his tenure at TiVo, Chopra guided the company through a critical financial and strategic transformation while building respected relationships with employees, investors, analysts and strategic business partners. From 2012 to 2016, Chopra served as chief financial officer and senior vice president of corporate development and strategy and was responsible for overseeing numerous strategic initiatives in addition to TiVo's accounting, financial reporting, planning, tax and treasury functions.
