Liaison Technologies Appoints Joost Rutten as Chief Financial Officer

ATLANTA, Jan. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Liaison Technologies, whose award-winning ALLOY™ Platform is setting a new standard in cloud-based integration and data management, today announced that experienced international financial executive Joost Rutten has joined the team as chief financial officer.

A former CFO at SAP SuccessFactors, Rutten's expertise in the competitive and fast-paced cloud services industry makes him a valuable and timely addition to Liaison's executive leadership team. In his new position, Rutten will oversee the company's financial operations, as well as play a key role in strategic business planning and development, global market expansion and revenue growth.

Before taking the helm at SAP SuccessFactors, Rutten spent several years at SAP Ariba in both international and domestic roles. In 2014, he was named global Head of Finance and Division CFO at SAP SuccessFactors, where he led the global finance team for the billion-dollar division of SAP.

"We are pleased to have Joost join our team at this exciting time in our company's history. With the incredible success of our Liaison ALLOY™ Platform in the past year, his experience in scaling high growth cloud services companies is highly relevant and perfectly timed for Liaison," said Liaison President and CEO Bob Renner. "His background in strategic capital investment, international finace and deal making aligns well with the company's aggressive growth and market expansion plans."

Prior to his work at SAP, Rutten co-founded an independent corporate and capital advisory firm. Before that, he spent two years with AlpInvest Partners, brokering secondary private equity transactions in Europe and the United States, and nearly three years with the Amsterdam-based ABN AMRO Bank NV, executing and syndicating high-yield transactions in the European market.

"I'm excited to be part of the forward-thinking and innovative executive leadership team at Liaison," Rutten said. "I see tremendous potential for Liaison and the Liaison ALLOY™ Platform to displace aging and ineffective solutions and, in the process, help more companies around the world unlock the value in their data."

The Liaison ALLOY™ Platform is the only platform to provide integration and data management on a single unified platform. This comprehensive approach frees ALLOY users from the non-strategic, yet resource-intensive tasks of data movement, harmonization, storage and protection. This allows customers greater agility to address ever-growing volumes and varieties of data — solving the true integration problems facing organizations today.
