Mr. Bradshaw has held senior finance and accounting roles in both public and private companies for more than 20 years. He has built and integrated accounting organizations, financial systems and processes and controls with a collaborative approach. Previously, Mr. Bradshaw was Chief Financial Officer for Wilks Broadcast Group where he managed the divesture strategy for 21 radio stations in 6 US markets generating over $470 million in transaction value. Mr. Bradshaw also served as Controller for Cumulus Media as well as Premier Anesthesia. His contributions to both organizations were integral to developing the Accounting, Finance and Human Resources functions. Mr. Bradshaw graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University and earned his MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
