The new version of SitePLUS includes multiple program enhancements and cloud based event and space planning functionality to capture the customer's complete event vision while standing in the meeting space.

Production Matrix – Encore's new Production Matrix 2D space planning tool can be used for any meeting space on property. Each Production Matrix rendering includes both hotel room set pieces (tables, chairs, food and beverage stations etc.) as well as all event technology requirements.

Cloud Based Image Resources – All SitePLUS images are cloud based for immediate access and customer selection in all Encore locations. Hotel specific images can be added for property level us in seconds while standing in the meeting space.

ImageBank – All SitePLUS 2.0 renderings use Encore's proprietary ImageBank which features more than 2,900 standard and custom event technology images commonly used in meetings and events.

Imbedded Videos – As an industry first, all SitePLUS 2.0 rendered images may include embedded video files placed in screens or monitors of the rendered set. This 'live play' video option is ideal for presentations to executive team members, Association committees and more to compress event decision making.

Editable Sets – All SitePLUS 2.0 event renderings can be shared with the meeting planner while standing in the meeting space and sent in an editable format. This allows the meeting planner to review, edit and return a SitePLUS 2.0 designed event set and enhance discussions on the upcoming event's execution.
