HostedBizz Inc. acquires ITUtility.NET

OTTAWA, Dec. 1, 2016 /CNW/ - HostedBizz Inc. announced today that it has acquired ITUtility.NET in a strategic move that adds to the strength the company's Cloud IT portfolio and will further accelerate the growth of the company.

ITUtility.NET has a broad portfolio of cloud solutions built around Microsoft's essential business applications including Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business and Dynamics.  These solutions are sold exclusively through IT providers enabling them to offer cloud solutions under their own brand.  ITUtility.NET partners can bring cloud solutions to the market without the inherent costs and complexity of owning and maintaining their own cloud infrastructure.
