Honigman Adds Leading Corporate LawyerTracy T. Larsen has joined Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP as co-chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice of the firm's Corporate Department. He will be based in, and the managing partner of, the firm's Grand Rapids office, the firm's first office in the city. Having one of the most active corporate practices in the Midwest, Larsen represents clients in a wide array of matters, including M&A, joint ventures, takeover defense, corporate finance transactions and restructurings, corporate governance and federal securities law issues. He has steered hundreds of transactions on both a domestic and international level involving tens of billions in trade value.
