Guidance Clients Recognized as Best in Class and Outstanding Achievement in E-Commerce

Guidance, a customer-centric commerce services provider that enables branded manufacturers and merchants to accelerate growth, announced today that several clients have recently received top honors by Interactive Media Awards (IMA).

"We are very honored to be recognized as Best in Class in the eCommerce fashion/style category by the IMA," said Andrew Berg, President at Robert Graham. "Guidance played a crucial role in the redesign and replatform of our website, which helped us better connect with our customers and deliver an engaging digital commerce experience."

IMA recognizes the highest standards of excellence in website design and development and honors individuals and organizations for their outstanding achievement. Robert Graham, a fashion leader for both men and women representing a luxury lifestyle clothing and accessories brand, received the IMA Best in Class award in the eCommerce category, which is the highest honor bestowed by the IMA. It represents the very best in planning, execution, and overall professionalism. In order to win this award, the site had to successfully pass a comprehensive judging process, achieving very high marks in each judging criteria - an achievement only a fraction of sites in the IMA competition earn each year.

Positec, manufacturer of the tool brand WORX, a leadin retailer of Do it Yourself (DIY) tools, and lawn & garden equipment, also won Best in Class in the eCommerce category. "At WORX, our tools are engineered with superior technology so that our customers can tackle any task and save time," said Lauren Gomez, Senior Marketing Manager at Positec. "We partnered with Guidance to deliver a best-in-class digital commerce experience so that our customers can buy our tools with as much simplicity and convenience as possible."

Finally, SOL, a high-end lingerie retailer known for unparalleled bra-fitting expertise and exquisite European lingerie, earned Outstanding Achievement in the eCommerce category. SOL was the first site to launch on Magento 2.0 in North America earlier this year.

"At Guidance, our quality standards are extremely high and we are constantly looking at ways we can help our merchant clients achieve meaningful and differentiated customer experiences," said Jeff Herrera, VP of Marketing and Channel Development at Guidance. "These awards reflect a passionate commitment on behalf of both Guidance and our merchant clients to exceed the customer's highest expectations."
